This Week in Cardinal Pride - 9/13/26
Hello, everyone!
We have a big week ahead of us with our second home football game, as well as our first competition of the season at Carl Junction.
Friday night will be the JH/HS combined show. This year, it will look a little different from past years, but we feel that the changes are going to benefit everyone. Since there is no school for students that day, call time will be 3pm. The HS band students will meet with the JH band students and have some time to work with them in sectionals before we head outside for our usual pregame rehearsal. All band students will eat dinner at 5pm and then head down for the game around 6:30pm. At this time, I have not decided what the high school uniform will be for the game. I will try to communicate a decision by Wednesday morning.
Saturday is the Carl Junction Marching Festival. I have attached the itinerary for the day below. Remember, the itinerary is always subject to change if our situation changes. We are very excited to get out in front of quality adjudicators and see how we stack up at this point of our season. I hope that you will be able to come out and see the kids in competition!

Monday: Rehearsal in band room @7am. Evening rehearsal 6-9pm.
Tuesday: Rehearsal on field @7am.
Wednesday: Rehearsal in band room @7am.
Thursday: Rehearsal on field @7am.
Friday: JH/HS Combined Show - call time @3pm.
