Butch Owens is in his 29th year of teaching, currently in his 13th year as Director of Bands for the Webb City R-7 Schools. He conducts the Wind Ensemble, Fall Concert Band, and Jazz Ensemble; teaches 6th grade beginning clarinet; and oversees the Webb City Cardinal Pride Marching Band. He also serves as the Fine Arts Coordinator/Activities Director for the Webb City High School and Junior High School. Prior to his time at Webb City, Mr. Owens taught at New Madrid County Central R-1 and Scott County R-4.

Mr. Owens holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Southeast Missouri State University and a Masters of Education in Secondary Administration from William Woods University. He is an active member of the Missouri Music Educators Association, Missouri Association for Jazz Education, Phi Beta Mu, and Missouri Bandmasters Association, for which he serves as Secretary/Treasurer.

Mr. Owens is married to Nikki Owens, a Communication Arts teacher at Webb City High School. They have two daughters — Molly, who is pursuing a degree in Cosmetology, and Charlotte, who is a sophomore at WCHS.

Spenser Cullumber is in his 14th year of teaching, all of which have been in the Webb City R-7 Schools. He currently serves as the Director of Percussion Studies and Assistant Band Director. He coordinates all percussion activities 6th-12th grade, is the lead teacher for the 8th grade band, and is the lead instructor for the Cardinal Pride Marching Band.

Mr. Cullumber holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Illinois State University and a Masters of Music Education from Missouri State University. He is an active member of the Missouri Music Educators Association, Missouri Bandmasters Association, the Percussive Arts Society, and the Missouri Percussive Arts Society.

Mr. Cullumber is married to Dawn Cullumber, an Instructional Coach for the Carthage School District. They have three children -- Ben, Lucas, and Lilly.

Erica Baldwin is in her 4th year of teaching, all of which have been in the Webb City R-7 Schools. She currently serves as an Assistant Band Director and Color Guard Coordinator. She teaches 6th grade beginning trumpet, co-directs the 7th grade band, and is responsible for all things color guard for the Cardinal Pride Marching Band. She also is responsible for the high school and junior high school winterguard programs.

Ms. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Pittsburg State University. She is an active member of the Missouri Music Educators Association and the Mid-Continent Color Guard Association.

Jon Rohr is in his 4th year of teaching, the past three of which have been in the Webb City R-7 Schools. He currently serves as an Assistant Band Director. He teaches 6th grade beginning trombone, co-directs the 7th grade band, and is responsible for visuals and music for the Cardinal Pride Marching Band.

Mr. Rohr holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Pittsburg State University. He is an active member of the Missouri Music Educators Association.

Mr. Rohr is married to Carissa Rohr, the Director of Bands at Aurora High School.
